Batch Readout Recommendations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding with Emergency department is that batch readouts for less urgent cases should aim to clear the list<\/strong> at the following times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon-Thurs: 1:30am, 4am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fri: 1:30am, 4am, 6am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technologists are instructed to call the radiologist with any more urgent cases when available for reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please setup a filter that includes studies from Cowichan Hospital, as we only cover this site from 10pm – 8am. Their ED staff know about our batch reporting policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
