They said at least a couple of hours after the schedule has been changed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\"><strong>Important note:<\/strong> Due to technical issues, vacation requests (even if granted) do not show up until a schedule has been generated. So you won\u2019t see vacation until around 4 weeks from the current date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13\">I personally only sync call and off-hour assignments to my own calendar at this point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-16\">Setting up external calendar:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">In your Dashboard screen, go to top right corner and click:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image gtfy-22\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/8T-b7H1yjbmrzVChYFPlngmBdfDj45pAVTo_k622lX35wiShvLgZLCKQt4DDtKRMMlZqcAKioXOEmG2x2Chaixm-3QSZgxVfLoGimuPu8RM9MVlnDFHxZCJeqh_I7lSLxQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-25\">Choose \u201cSelected Assignments\u201d and click Edit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image gtfy-28\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/NEGM6fLlVzAJk48-IBySanJY2PyMzbNRNtj91C0SGIP3vewLZ1kxfoDDi3IWMYJqbssMFvrH27XDNm5QuT8AwHB4tCSB8kG_y2NyJzwecIay-Amwm6I-EyZ5OkvfMgS_Ow\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-31\">Choose the assignments you would like to show up on your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-34\">Do <strong>not<\/strong> subscribe to * and &#8211; (the top 2 on the list).
